飯煮不夠熟時的補救法

可在飯上面用筷子插出幾個小洞，滴幾滴日本清酒，再蒸一下。

不久，飯粒就會熟透，變得更香軟好吃。日本清酒也可用來消除飯熱過後常會有的異味。
