愛爾蘭咖啡 Irish coffee

材料：愛爾蘭威士忌1/2~1 OZ，方糖、熱咖啡1杯、鮮奶油適量。

製作：專用杯中先加威士忌，加入方糖，用酒精燈燒熱使其融化，再倒入熱咖啡約8分滿，最後加入鮮奶油。

特色：酒香濃烈，較適合男士飲用，非常高級尊貴的咖啡。

適合飲用時間：夜晚
